Infoy Tech Solutions provides website development, custom software development, mobile app development, React JS and Next.js development, Node.js development, CRM and ERP development, SEO services, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal, quote, or service agreement between Infoy Tech Solutions and the client.

• Project scope, milestones, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
• Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment before development starts, with remaining payments tied to milestones or project completion.
• Delays in providing required content, feedback, or approvals by the client may extend agreed timelines.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (such as website source code, designs, or custom software built specifically for the client) transfers to the client, except for any third-party tools, libraries, frameworks, or pre-existing proprietary assets of Infoy Tech Solutions, which remain licensed for the client's use as part of the deliverable. Infoy Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and access required for the project.
• Ensure that any content, trademarks, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Review and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes to avoid project delays.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

You agree to use www.infoytechsolutions.com only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the website's functioning, or use the site to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, Infoy Tech Solutions provides a limited bug-fix warranty period following project delivery, covering defects in the originally delivered functionality. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party changes, hosting environment changes, or modifications made by the client or other parties after delivery. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond the warranty period are available under a separate maintenance agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infoy Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement with written notice, subject to the terms agreed in the relevant project contract. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
